A Thunderful Birthday

Khanversations.com was launched in March 2009 as a way for Samia Khan to save herself from running out of breath... (basically, her friends kept asking her to retell the celebrity encounters she had while working for the TV Guide Network, and it was easier to write it once and have them read it, than repeat for 50 different people.)

Since then, Samia has used the blog to develop her comedic voice, all the while documenting encounters she deemed "blog-worthy." In September 2011, she redesigned the site and decided that Khanversations.com would be an outlet for her thoughts on everything she wanted to write about - not just celebrities. From Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas to TV Personality Jillian Barberie to LA Laker Ron Artest, even the famous faces she writes about end up reading her posts (and following her on Twitter as a result.)
